Receive and investigate reports of employee misconduct. Take appropriate actions such as counseling, issuing warnings, and coordinating domestic inquiries when necessary.

Receive and investigate employee grievance reports. Collaborate with relevant parties to ensure timely and effective resolution.

Support HR operations across various areas, including but not limited to payroll processing, recruitment, employee legalization, training, and performance management.

Maintain and manage documentation and records related to assigned HR processes.

Liaise effectively with employees, management, and other stakeholders to facilitate the execution of duties.

Review, propose, and implement improvements to HR systems, procedures, and work processes to enhance internal controls and operational efficiency.

Support team compliance with the company’s Safety, Health, and Environmental (SHE) requirements, as well as departmental Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).

Assist in the enforcement of workplace discipline and adherence to organizational policies and regulations.

Aid superiors in addressing violations of workplace discipline and breaches of company rules.

Assist in the development, implementation, and enforcement of HR policies, procedures, and work instructions.

Perform any other duties or responsibilities as assigned by superiors from time to time.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

Minimum of 3 years of experience in HR, preferably with exposure to employee relations or disciplinary processes.

Strong understanding of employment laws and HR best practices.

Excellent communication, investigative, and problem-solving skills.

Ability to handle sensitive matters with discretion and professionalism.

Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
