Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and dynamic HR Executive to join our Human Resources team. In this role, you will be the go-to person for a wide range of HR activities, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and HR administration. You will play a key role in fostering a positive work environment and ensuring the smooth operation of our HR functions. The ideal candidate is a proactive problem‑solver with excellent communication skills and a strong understanding of HR best practices.

Job Responsibilities
  • Talent Acquisition & Onboarding:
    • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle: from job posting and sourcing to screening, interviewing, and offering.
    • Coordinate with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs.
  • Employee Relations & Engagement:
    • Serve as a primary point of contact for employee inquiries regarding HR policies, benefits, and procedures.
    • Address employee concerns in a timely and empathetic manner, providing guidance and conflict resolution when necessary.
    • Assist in developing and implementing employee engagement initiatives, wellness programs, and team‑building activities.
  • HR Administration & Compliance:
    • Maintain and update employee records and HR databases (e.g., HRIS) with high accuracy.
    • Prepare HR‑related documents.
    • Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
    • Process payroll inputs and coordinate with the finance department.
    • Identify training needs within the organization.
    • Track employee training participation and effectiveness.
Qualifications and Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2-4 years of proven experience as an HR Executive, HR Generalist, or in a similar HR role.
  • Strong knowledge of HR functions and best practices, including employment law.
  • Exceptional interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive situations with discretion, tact, and confidentiality.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast‑paced environment.
  • A team player with a positive attitude and a strong work ethic.
