Job description

The HR Executive supports the business in the full spectrum of Human Resource function covering onboarding, training and development, performance management and employee relations and engagement.

CORE RESPONSIBILITIES

Handle onboarding, probation tracking and offboarding including exit interviews and asset returns

Ensure accurate and confidential upkeep of employee data in HR systems

Coordinate with the external payroll team and ensure employee compliance with HR policies (e.g leave, claims, allowances)

Prepare HR-related letters and internal/external communications

Organize company events and employee engagement activities, support inter-departmental collaborations

Arrange medical checkups (onshore/offshore), manage insurance enrolments, and handle benefit-related queries

Assist in application of HRDF Grants Application, claims and queries.

Maintain training records and ensure employees meet mandatory certification requirements (e.g BOSIET, PTW)

Assist in setting goals, coordinating appraisals, and tracking departmental KPIs

Employee Relations - Act as a point of contact for HR-related issues and help resolve employee concerns effectively

Ensure adherence to labor laws and internal policies; assist during audits (e.g ISO)

Manage HR-related contract renewals and liaise with Finance on HR expense processing

Assist in traveling authorization requests and booking assistance for flight and hotels

JOB REQUIREMENTS

Minimum Diploma holder in Psychology, Communications, Business, or a related field; major in HR is preferred.

HR related work experiences and familiar with HR Operations

2–3 years of experience in Human Resources.
