Auto Eco Motor Hiring! Full Time HR Executive in Selangor, Earn up to MYR 6,500 - Ricebowl
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in an HR generalist role, preferably within a retail or automotive environment.
  • Proficiency in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures in compliance with Malaysian labor laws.
  • Experience in managing the full recruitment cycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
  • Strong knowledge of performance management systems and employee relations practices.
  • Ability to administer employee benefits programs and ensure accurate record-keeping.
  • Excellent communication skills in both English and Bahasa Malaysia, both written and verbal.
  • Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information with discretion and maintain a high level of professionalism.
  • Proficient in using HRIS systems and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Strong understanding of Malaysian labor laws and regulations.
  • Manage the full recruitment cycle, including job postings, resume screening, interviews, and onboarding for new hires.
  • Administer employee benefits programs, including enrollment, changes, and terminations, ensuring legal and company policy compliance.
  • Assist in developing and updating HR policies and procedures to align with current legislation and best practices.
  • Support performance management processes, including appraisals, goal setting, and improvement plans.
  • Address employee relations issues, conduct investigations, and guide managers and employees to resolve conflicts and foster a positive work environment.
  • Maintain accurate employee records and HRIS data, ensuring compliance with data protection laws.
  • Support HR projects such as employee engagement surveys, training, and wellness programs.
  • Manage employee benefits such as EPF, health insurance, medical leave, and SOCSO.
