Responsibilities

We are looking for a strategic and hands-on HR Director to lead and implement people initiatives across our operations in Australia, Japan, and Malaysia. This role requires close collaboration and partnership with local Executive teams to align HR strategies with business goals, focusing on HR compliance, consulting, organizational effectiveness, benefits management, employee engagement, and M&A.

Responsibilities

  • Lead a team of HR professionals, responsible for multi-country HR responsibilities, to exercise the highest level of discretion and manage highly confidential employee information with care.
  • Oversee the APAC HR and manage the complexities of a matrixed organization structure, ensuring effective collaboration across various HR, corporate functions, and business units.
  • Lead a talented team of HR professionals through day-to-day matters and the implementation of global HR initiatives, linking them to business objectives.
  • Work collaboratively with Country HR, HR Business Partners, and various business stakeholders to plan and execute development and engagement plans.
  • Promote a high-performance culture by managing performance management processes and guiding reporting managers on effective feedback mechanisms.
  • Be a positive change leader and promote company-wide people initiatives.
  • Drive HR and employee experience improvement initiatives by streamlining processes and active participation in regional and global initiatives.
  • Enable internal customers and partners to drive Keysight’s business growth goals.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in any discipline and minimum 12 years of relevant HR leadership experience in a similar work environment.
  • Excellent communication skills, highly competent presenter and ability to communicate and influence all levels of employees and management.
  • Strong collaborative approach and adaptable to a fast-paced multi-cultural environment.
  • Strong knowledge of HR policies, employment laws, and regulations in Australia, Japan, and Malaysia.
  • Continuous improvement leadership approach using AI, automation and process. efficiency.
