Job description

The HR Data & Reporting Manager is a replacement role responsible for implementing technology and managing a portfolio of HR and Employee Services (ES) tools. This role ensures alignment of the local HR architecture with the global HR digitalization strategy and maintains HR master data consistency across all tools. Additionally, you will support the deployment of global HR systems and lead local improvements for DBS ES tools. You will lead HR master data quality campaigns and handle local reporting and analytics activities.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

DBS ES Tools & Solutions

  • Identify functional needs for HR systems in collaboration with the Local DBS Employee Services Lead, following the global HR digital roadmap and ES solution portfolio.
  • Plan and manage the local DBS ES digitalization roadmap and budget in close collaboration with DBS ES Lead, HR, and IT HR Leads.
  • Contribute to HR digitalization projects involving tools common to HR and ES (e.g., sHaRe) to ensure overall HR architecture & data consistency.
  • Manage the end-to-end project lifecycle for HR programs.
  • Engage local DBS ES users on tools & processes, and HR BU users as needed.
  • Ensure effective access management on global and local HR systems.
  • Stay updated on market technology advancements and propose upgrades or integrated tech solutions to support efficiency objectives.

Reporting & Analytics

  • Perform local operational activities related to reporting and analytics.
  • Deliver statutory reports (Social report and WISE report) and manage related audits.
  • Provide relevant reporting and analytics to meet local HR function needs.
  • Support local reporting and analytics teams in delivering data-driven insights to facilitate decision-making.
  • Lead local projects to improve reporting processes and tools through continuous improvement approaches.

Data Quality

  • Manage HR master data quality campaigns in collaboration with the DBS A&P Lead.
  • Identify areas for data quality improvements and implement action plans accordingly.

Stakeholders & Team Management

  • Deliver training sessions and knowledge transfer related to HR systems.
  • Actively manage stakeholders across ES, IT, and HR functions.
  • Manage team members' assignments, performance, and development.
About you
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline.
  • Experience: Over 5 years.
  • Previous experience with HRIS is preferred.
  • Ability to interact with global/international stakeholders, with strong written and verbal communication skills in English. Proficiency in Mandarin is a plus.
