- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in HR, recruitment, or talent acquisition.
- Strong hosting/presentation skills – comfortable speaking on camera and engaging live audiences.
- Familiarity with social media platforms (TikTok, LinkedIn, WeChat, etc.) and live-streaming trends.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and employer branding skills.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with ATS (e.g., Greenhouse, Workday) and recruitment tools is a plus.
