Job description

・Participate in the formulation of human resources strategic planning and provide advice and information support for major personnel decisions
・Establish and improve the human resources management system, workflow, research and design the human resources management model (including the comprehensive construction of recruitment, performance, training, salary and employee development systems), formulate and improve the human resources management system
・Prepare corresponding job descriptions, and make corresponding changes according to the company's position adjustment needs to ensure that the job descriptions are consistent with actual conditions
・Responsible in recruitment by preparing job descriptions, posting ads, managing the hiring process, staff well fare and Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS).
・Maintain employee records (attendance, leave, etc.) according to policy and legal requirements.
・Ensure payroll integrity and smooth pay-out.
・Shape, maintain, develop and spread corporate culture
・Handle human resources issues in the company's management process in a timely manner
・Organize the formulation of administrative rules and regulations and the implementation of supervision and inspection systems
・Organize and coordinate employee training plan and department staff team building.
・Administer the company compliances to ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 with the support from QA personnel.
・Perform other duties and responsibility as assigned by superior from time to time.
