About the role

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated HR & Admin Executive (or Junior HR) to join our growing team at Oriental Fortune Trading Malaysia Sdn Bhd. In this role, you will handle essential HR and administrative tasks to ensure smooth operations.

What you'll be doing

  1. Manage the full employee lifecycle (recruitment, onboarding, offboarding)
  2. Administer benefits and leave processes
  3. Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with labour laws
  4. Provide HR support and guidance to employees
  5. Assist with general admin tasks such as office supplies, meeting organization, and correspondence
  6. Contribute to HR policy development and implementation
  7. Collaborate with teams to improve HR processes and enhance the employee experience

What we're looking for

  • Fluency in Mandarin is preferred, as the role involves interacting with Mandarin-speaking clients.
  • Minimum of SPM qualification with 1 to 2 years of relevant experience; a diploma or higher qualification is an advantage.
  • Open to fresh graduates in the HR field.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with employees at all levels.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, with the ability to maintain accurate records and generate reports.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills to identify and address HR-related issues.
  • Flexible, adaptable, and proactive with a customer-focused approach.
