Role purpose
The HR Coordinator is a key member of the global HR Shared Services team, responsible for delivering consistent, high-quality HR operational support. This role will serve as the subject matter expert for the Malaysia employment market and primarily support queries from SEA and the APAC region, while also assisting other regions globally as needed.
The role focuses on providing excellent service delivery through standardized processes, supporting the organization's transition to increased self-service adoption and digital transformation initiatives.
The HR Shared Services team manages global and regional processes such as salary reviews, promotions, performance management cycles, and provides data and insights related to our people, in collaboration with specialist teams.
The ideal candidate will be meticulous, detail-oriented, and demonstrate sound judgment in prioritizing tasks. They will ensure follow-through on commitments, strive for operational excellence, and seek continuous improvements in HR processes and policies. Additionally, they should be passionate about AI and technology, exploring how these can enhance HR operational efficiency.
