Job Overview

Key Responsibilities
  • Manpower Planning: Review current manpower resources, forecast future requirements, and ensure supply of people and skills meets demand.
  • Employee Engagement Program & Culture: Propose employee engagement programs, co-lead in execution of working culture communication, and develop a strong network within HR community.
  • Talent Acquisition: Identify talent needs, create job requisition, and conduct offer management for internal and external candidates.
  • On-boarding program: Prepare and coordinate on-boarding program for new employees.
  • People Development: Understand functional career book, facilitate career plan, and discuss development needs with the Learning team.
  • Organization Development: Participate and lead in organization structure design, provide people insights, and support organization development activities.
  • Social: Lead discipline, grievance, and employee relations.
  • Talent Development: Support high-quality career discussions and prepare succession planning for key positions.
  • Performance Management: Manage end-to-end Performance Management Cycle and co-lead on yearly calibration process.
  • Rewards and Benefits: Provide advice on Human Resource policies, manage merit increase and promotion, and validate ASR exceptions.
About You
  • Possess a recognized bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office programs.
  • Experience in managing multi-national business and at least 5-7 years commercial experience in a manufacturing and marketing of Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) environment.
  • Excellent communication skills, planning and organizing skills, and analytical approach to problems.
