Job description

Assist in the recruitment and onboarding of foreign workers.

Prepare and process work permit applications, renewals, and medical checkups.

Coordinate with agencies, government departments, and internal teams on issues related to foreign workers.

Maintain accurate records of foreign workers' documents (passports, permits, medical records, etc.).

Monitor and manage hostel accommodations and foreign workers' welfare.

Track attendance and leave of foreign workers.

Monitor and ensure compliance with immigration and labor regulations.

Assist in handling grievances or disciplinary issues involving foreign workers.

Support HR documentation and reporting tasks.

Other ad-hoc responsibilities when required.

Job Requirements:

Minimum SPM or Diploma in Human Resources or any related field.

Able to communicate in Bahasa Malaysia and English.

Organized, responsible and able to multi-task.

Possess previous experience in the manufacturing industry or handling of foreign workers.

Immediate availability is an added advantage.

Fresh graduates are welcomed to apply.
