Assist in payroll preparation by entering relevant data into the Flex System (employee information, OT, leaves, etc.).

Manage leave management system and ensure staff leave applications are updated accurately.

Update employee particulars in the system and ensure staff movements are captured accurately.

Prepare HR documents, like employment contracts and new hire guides.

Ensure timely and accurate monthly payroll processing & remittance of all statutory contributions.

Be involved in recruitment and staffing activities.

Coordinate communication with candidates and schedule interviews.

Conduct initial orientation training for newly hired employees.

Arrange for new employees to open bank accounts.

Manage Worker Medical Benefits.
