Job description
Responsibilities
  1. Assist in preparing staff movement letters inclusive of contract renewal, confirmation, transfer, resignation, change of reporting, extension of probation, promotion, upgrading, salary increment, redesignation, etc.
  2. Assist in preparing organization chart.
  3. Ensure the City Management Systems (CMS) is updated from time to time for all staff movement transactions.
  4. Assist in preparing monthly payroll report for staff movement transaction inclusive of staff resigned, contract renewal, contract end, staff confirmation, staff conversion, salary adjustment, salary increment, and allowance.
  5. Deal with employee requested regrading Human Resource issues, rules and regulations.
  6. Provide general HR support, onboarding and offboarding processes.
  7. Perform any other ad-hoc task assigned from time to time. Assist with staff insurance, teaching permit applications and other HR compliance matters.
Qualifications
  • Minimum holding a Diploma in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 1–2 years of working experience in HR support or administrative role preferred.
  • Basic understanding of HR functions such as recruitment, onboarding, leave administration, and employee documentation.
  • Familiar with Malaysian Employment Act and labor practices.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel and Word).
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Able to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive HR information.
  • Detail‑oriented, organized, and able to multitask in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Team player with a proactive attitude.
