1. Assist leaders and be specifically responsible for the management of human resources.
2. Organize job analysis work periodically based on the company's personnel designations, positions, and headcount, and continuously revise and improve job and responsibility descriptions.
3. Handle employee recruitment and management to meet the employment needs of various departments and periods.
4. Promote corporate culture, manage employee relations, oversee employee performance, attendance, and salary accounting.
5. Ensure localization and compliance, maintain external relations with suppliers, partners, government departments, handle external reviews, visas, work-related injuries, and assist managers as needed.
6. Complete other tasks assigned by superiors promptly.

Working hours: 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday to Friday.
