Qualifications

Responsibilities
- Assist executive in managing staff grievances and disciplinary cases.
- Ensure proper filing of all disciplinary documents.
- Maintain IR case database and update reports.
- Coordinate meetings and schedule inquiries.
- Provide administrative support to the HR IR team.
