Payroll Processing: Responsible for the preparation and processing of monthly payroll, ensuring all documentation complies with internal standards, statutory requirements, and deadlines.
Government Liaison: Liaise with government agencies regarding statutory requirements such as EPF, SOCSO, and Inland Revenue Department.
Data Management: Receive, review, and process all relevant data documentation related to hiring, termination, employee status changes, and special compensation or contracts for entry into the HR database system.
Data Verification: Perform verification and online entry of source documentation into the HR database, ensuring data integrity and completeness.
Additional Duties: Undertake other duties as assigned by management to support effective job performance.
