Payroll

Responsible for ensuring non-executive, CCMPGW, MKLK & SAW payroll is processed correctly. This includes calculating pay, deducting taxes, maintaining records, resolving issues, and safeguarding employee information.

Ensure payments to statutory bodies are made accordingly.

Prepare reports and analysis as required.

Recruitment

Update new joiners' profiles and relevant reporting changes in the Sandfil system.

Assist in the recruitment process.

Implement onboarding plans for new employees and interns.

Update HR CCMC SAO, PGW, and other stakeholders on recruitment progress bi-weekly in critical situations or monthly otherwise.

Assist with end-to-end onboarding to ensure successful integration.

Insurance

Update insurance coverage for new hires, promotions, re-designations, and resignations.

Training

Assist in training arrangements, including venue booking, invitations, reminders, and accommodation.

HR Matters

Assist with engagement programs.

Complete minutes of meetings, agendas, and compile monthly HR/Admin reports.

Liaise with government authorities on HR-related matters.

Support Senior Executive HR and HR Manager in executing HR directives.
