Provide support to the administrative section in terms of transportation and enforcement of compliance towards safety and security of company property and employees as a whole.

Assist the HRA Officers in supervising security guards to ensure employee compliance with company rules & regulations.

To support the execution of regular checks on fire equipment to ensure conformity with safety regulations.

Assist with flight ticketing and accommodation matters related to GA.

Assist with payroll attendance and overtime checks.

Ensure all doors are secured, utilities are turned off during factory shutdown, and the office alarm system is operational after hours.

Supervise general workers and cleaners to maintain factory cleanliness.

Oversee the male and female hostels on rented properties.

Understand, comply with, and fulfill EMS, QMS, ISMS, OHMS, and social compliance requirements as per the latest YGCC standards.

Assist the HRA Officers with payroll-related payments in accordance with statutory requirements such as EPF, IRD, SOCSO, etc.

Support fire equipment checks to prevent expiration.

Assist in coordinating activities for the sport and recreational club.

Ensure timely renewal of employee insurance.

Minimum education: Certificate / SPM / STPM.

Minimum experience: 1 year or fresh graduate.
