Qualifications
- 1 year of experience as an HR assistant.
- Exposure to labor law and employment equity regulations.
- Good communication and written skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.

Job Responsibility
- Perform tasks assigned by the Manager.
- Support all internal and external HR-related inquiries or requests.
- Maintain digital and electronic records of employees up-to-date. (Attendance and Leave record)
- Serve as point of contact with employees and employer; Ensure smooth communication with employees and timely resolution to their queries
- Assist with the recruitment process by posting job vacancies in job portals, identifying candidates, performing reference checks, scheduling interviews, and issuing employment contracts.
- Perform orientations and update records (Personal files) of new staff.
- Maintains accurate and up-to-date human resource files, records, and documentation.
- Maintains the integrity and confidentiality of human resource files and records.
- Oversee the completion of compensation and benefit documentation.
- Assist with performance management procedures.
- Schedule meetings, interviews, and HR events and maintain agendas.
- Produce and submit reports on general HR activity.
- Complete termination paperwork and exit interviews.
- Keep up-to-date with the latest HR trends and best practices.
- Process documentation and prepare reports relating to personnel activities (staffing, recruitment, training, grievances, performance evaluations, etc)
- Setting up / Updating / Forward email addresses for new employees and resigned employees.
- The Standard Operating Procedures within departments are performed in a good manner.
Job Requirements
- Diploma in human resources or related
- Language proficiency: English, Bahasa Malaysia. Mandarin and Tamil is a plus point.
- Good English and Bahasa Malaysia communication and written skills
- 1 year of experience as an HR assistant
- Exposure to labor law and employment equity regulations.
- Effective HR administration and people management skills.
- Have valid driving license
