Work Mode: Work From Office; 10 AM to 7 PM; Monday to Friday

What You'll Do:
Assisting with day-to-day operations of the HR functions and duties.
Maintain employee records and ensure data accuracy.
Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies and procedures.
Support onboarding processes for new hires.
Prepare reports on HR metrics as needed.
Collaborate with team members on various HR projects.
What We’re Looking For:
Minimum of 0.5 years of experience in an administrative or HR role preferred.
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Detail-oriented with excellent organizational abilities.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
