HR and Administrative Manager

To drive a wide variety service in relation to human resources and office administration supports including attracting and retaining talents in achieving the business objectives and sustainable organizational growth.

Job Responsibility

1. To establish and impose HR policies, rules & regulations and standard procedures that align with the company business strategies and goals.
2. To drive & manage the entire recruitment process & talent management in order to meet the company’s current and future business needs.
3. To lead the performance management process to improve employees’ productivity.
4. To plan and implement human capital development in building a competent workforce to support the business needs and growth.
5. To oversee human resources and office administrative duties support to smoothen the business process.
6. To develop and build team capability for supporting the continuous organizational growth.

Job Requirement

1. A recognized Degree in Human Resources Management, Psychology, Business Administration or any other business related studies.
2. At least 6 years of working experience in Human Resources, including 2-3 years managerial experience.
3. Good interpersonal skills and communication skills.
4. Effective organizational, stress and time management skills.
5. Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
6. Demonstrate a sense of urgency & ability to meet deadlines.
7. Well-versed in Malaysian Labour Legislations.
