HR and Administration Manager (Manufacturing in Banting Selangor)

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic HR and Administration Manager to lead and oversee all aspects of Human Resources and administrative functions within our organization. This role involves managing HR operations, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, compensation and benefits, and overseeing day-to-day administrative activities to ensure smooth and efficient operations.

Responsibilities

Human Resources

  • Oversee the full recruitment cycle, including job postings, candidate screening, interviews, and hiring decisions.
  • Serve as a point of contact for employee concerns and resolve issues related to workplace conflicts, performance, and disciplinary actions.
  • Manage the onboarding process for new employees and coordinate training programs to enhance employee skills and performance.
  • Implement performance review processes, provide feedback, and work with department heads to address performance issues.
  • Administer payroll, employee benefits, and rewards programs, ensuring compliance with legal requirements.
  • Ensure adherence to labor laws, regulations, and internal policies related to employee rights, health and safety, and workplace conduct.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve employee morale, engagement, and retention rates.
  • Oversee HR software and systems for record-keeping, tracking, and reporting employee data.

Administration

  • Supervise and manage day-to-day office operations, ensuring a clean, organized, and efficient working environment.
  • Manage office and administrative budgets, ensuring cost-effective operations.
  • Manage relationships with external vendors, contractors, and service providers for office supplies, utilities, and other operational needs.
  • Ensure workplace health and safety standards are followed and facilitate any necessary training.
  • Coordinate company events, meetings, and employee engagement activities.

Qualifications

  • Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. HR certification preferred.
  • Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in Human Resources and office administration, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
