Serve as the point person for HR & Admin Manager duties including:
Strategic HR and Administration Planning
Liaises with senior management to understand organizational needs and develop strategic plans addressing growth, staffing, training, and facilities requirements. The plans should align with the organization’s growth expectations and outline how the HR and Admin team will support these objectives.
Develop overarching strategies and specific tactics to facilitate easy and rapid organizational growth.
Overseeing the Recruitment Function
Manages the entire recruitment process, whether handled in-house or outsourced to agencies, depending on organizational size.
Managing the Payroll Function
Ensures accurate and timely payroll processing, including compliance with government statutory contributions and regulations.
Developing and Ensuring Compliance With Organizational Policies and Procedures
Ensures all policies required by law are in place, understood by employees, and regularly updated in response to legislative changes and emerging trends.
Running Employee Relations Programs
Oversees employee relations activities such as promotions, performance reviews, disciplinary procedures, and negotiations. Represents senior management while ensuring employee voices are heard fairly.
