A leading company is seeking a Human Resources and Administration Executive to handle end-to-end recruitment, manage employee onboarding, and ensure compliance with labor laws. The ideal candidate will possess a diploma or degree in Human Resources or Business Administration along with 1–3 years of relevant experience. Strong knowledge of Malaysian labor laws and proficiency in multiple languages are essential for this role. Handle end-to-end recruitment process including job postings, screening, interview coordination
Manage employee onboarding, orientation, confirmation, transfer and resignation or exit interview process.
Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
Manage payroll preparation, leave records, and attendance tracking.
Assist in employee engagement activities and welfare programs.
Support performance appraisal and confirmation processes.
Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal HR policies.
Provide guidance to managers and employees on performance reviews and career development.
Monitor company’s HRDF portal and end-to-end external training organization.
Identify skill gaps and recommend training programs for employee growth.
Prepare HR-related reports for management
ADMIN
Record general office operations including supplies, maintenance, and office facilities.
Manage correspondence, filing, and document control .
Coordinate meetings, travel arrangements, and company events.
Assist in procurement and inventory control of office supplies.
Liaise with vendors, service providers, and building management.
Support ad-hoc admin duties assigned by management.
Requirement
Diploma or Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
Minimum 1–3 years of relevant experience in HR and admin roles.
Good knowledge of Malaysian labor laws and HR best practices.
Proficient in English, Malay, and Chinese (spoken and written)
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Independant, Proactive, Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
High level of integrity, responsibility, and confidentiality.
