HR And Admin Executive (Fresh Graduate Welcome)
We are seeking a proactive HR & Admin Executive to oversee our Cambodia and Vietnam factories. This role includes supervising payroll administration, office purchasing, recruitment, documentation compliance, general admin, and performance management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise the HR & Admin Department to ensure group policies are strictly followed.
- Prepare SOPs, disseminate instructions, and document best practices effectively.
- Analyze root causes, propose corrective actions, resolve issues, and seek continual improvement.
- Coordinate interview processes and assist with onboarding new employees.
- Oversee daily office operations, including supplies, equipment, and maintenance.
- Arrange travel accommodations, flights, and transportation as needed.
Requirements:
- Positive working attitude and eagerness to learn.
- Minimum Diploma with excellent English communication skills.
- Fresh graduates are welcome; on-the-job training will be provided.
- Opportunity to travel to Phnom Penh and/or Dong Nai for overseas assignments based on performance.
- Compensation will be commensurate with experience, job scope, and qualifications.
