Une entreprise croissante dans le domaine des systèmes mécatroniques recherche un Assistant aux Ressources Humaines et Administration. Le candidat retenu gérera la documentation RH, soutiendra la coordination des actifs informatiques, et offrira un soutien administratif aux opérations. Ce poste requiert une bonne communication en anglais, chinois et malais, ainsi qu'une volonté de voyager entre les emplacements.
1) Manage HR documentation: Ensure all employee records and HR files are properly updated and maintained.
2) Support IT and asset coordination: Manage requests for laptops, mobile phones, and software licenses for employees.
3) Travel between locations: Support outstation branches when needed (own transport required).
4) Provide administrative support: Assist in general office administration and HR operations.
Requirements
1) Minimum Diploma in HR, Business Administration, or a related field
2) 1–2 years of experience in HR or administrative roles preferred
3) Organized and responsible, with the ability to handle confidential matters
4) Good communication (written and oral) skills in English, Chinese, and Malay
5) Own transport and willingness to travel when required
