The Country HR Advisor will provide operational HR support in Malaysia, based in Ipoh, Perak. This is a one-year contract position.
Key Accountabilities include but are not limited to:
Education: Tertiary qualification in HR or related field.
Experience & Knowledge: Proven experience in a similar role with strong understanding of Malaysian employment law and industrial relations.
Skills & Competencies: Problem-solving, stakeholder management, customer focus, excellent communication, organization, attention to detail, workplace investigation experience, and policy development skills.
