Role Overview

Join a supportive team and grow your career in HR. We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated HR Administration Support Officer to join our team as a contractor. Reporting to the Senior HR Business Partner, this role will provide day-to-day administrative support across a broad range of HR functions. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to develop their HR skills in a professional and supportive environment while balancing work with other commitments.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist with tracking and maintaining employee qualifications and training records
  • Ensure compliance documentation is filed accurately and kept current
  • Generate and share reports to Ops Management and Support team
  • Compile reports to monitor and manage expired qualifications
  • Support recruitment activities including drafting and posting job ads, scheduling interviews, and coordinating reference/qualification checks
  • Prepare and issue employment contracts and other employment-related documents under guidance
  • Maintain and update employee personnel files (both electronic and hard copy)
  • Manage the Recruitment and HR inboxes, responding to queries or escalating where needed
  • Assist with HR reporting, letters, and general correspondence
  • Contribute to HR process improvements and undertake other HR-related duties as directed
About You
  • Previous administrative experience, ideally within HR or a corporate environment
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to manage competing deadlines
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • A proactive and collaborative team player
