Job description

Recruitment, onboarding and off-boarding, and HR record management.

Coordinate staff performance reviews and employee engagement activities.

Arrange company trainings, events, and internal meetings.

Manage office administration, office supplies, facilities, and basic IT coordination.

Processing of staff claims.

Handle purchasing processes, supplier evaluation, invoices, and payments.

Maintain HR and administrative reports accurately and on time.

Requirements:

Diploma or higher.

Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience.

Good people skills and strong communication (written & verbal).

Well-organized, proactive, and detail-oriented.

Basic understanding of HR policies, Malaysia labor law, and office operation
