Job Summary

This position is to provide day-to-day administrative support in the implementation of human resource policies, procedures, and ensure smooth office operations include maintaining personnel records, managing HR documents (e.g., employment records and onboarding guides) and updating internal databases. Our ideal candidate has experience with HR procedures and can juggle various administrative tasks in a timely manner.

DUTIES

  • Develop and implement a staffing plan aligned with business operations requirements.
  • Policy & process Development: Establish all departments policies, procedures, and employee handbooks in line with Malaysian labor regulations.
  • Compensation & Benefits: Design salary structure, benefits, and incentives to attract and retain top talent.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Ensure adherence to Malaysian Employment Laws, accreditation standards.
  • Employee Relations & Engagement: Foster a positive work culture and address any HR concerns proactively.
  • Operational HR Management: Oversee daily HR functions, including payroll, attendance and performance management.
  • Training & Development: Develop ongoing training programs for staff to enhance skills.
  • Performance Management: Implement KPIs and appraisal systems to track employee performance and career growth.
  • Employee Welfare & Engagement: Drive employee engagement initiatives to maintain morale and productivity.
  • Conflict Resolution & Grievance Handling: Address employee concerns, mediate disputes, and ensure a harmonious work environment.
  • Retention & Succession Planning: Develop retention strategies and succession plans for critical roles.


Requirements

  • At least a Diploma / Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in administrative support, human resources, or a related role.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload (result driven)
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Multi-tasking, resourceful and able to work independently (handles pressure well)
  • Experience with office management software like Microsoft 365 Business
  • Must have knowledge in EA 1955 and IR 1967
