A leading company seeks a Human Resources and Administration Executive to manage HR functions and supervise administrative staff. The ideal candidate will have over 10 years of experience and strong skills in office management and payroll processing. This position is based in Damansara Heights, Kuala Lumpur and requires immediate availability.
To handle general HR matters such as payroll processing, recruitment, staff compensation & benefits, and general HR management.
To handle daily administrative functions such as office cleanliness, general office equipment, CCTV, reception desk, mailing, filing systems, errands, etc.
To supervise a team of Administrative staff - Despatch, Tea Lady, and Receptionist.
To liaise with the Building Management company on matters such as office maintenance, reserved car park, etc.
To coordinate with the IT vendor on office equipment and networking issues.
To provide any other administrative support as required.
