- In charge monitoring recruitment/staff attendance/ foreigner management.
- Coordinate with team member on staff welfare event.
- Liase and monitoring external party such as Cleaning Service, Security Service.
- Issue workers’ uniform & safety shoe.
- Support in monthly payroll.
- Handle general HR duties and support administrative duties.
- Organizing and maintaining personnel record.
- Worker medical visitation; workers’ bank account opening.
- Monitor and maintain 5S activities
- Assist in any ad-hoc tasks from time to time.
Job Requirements
- Possesses own transport is required.
- Able to work independently as well as team player with high initiative and integrity.
- Attention to details and maintain good HR ethics.
- Candidate must possess at least Professional Certificate, Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Human Resource Management or equivalent.
