Job Title: Human Resources (HR) Administrator

Location: [TAMPOI]

Department: Human Resources

Reports to: HR Manager / Head of HR

Basic Salary: 3000 (Incentive based on performance)

Job Summary:

Responsible for supporting the day-to-day operations of the Human Resources department. This role ensures accurate HR record-keeping, manages employee documentation, coordinates HR processes, and assists with recruitment, onboarding, payroll support, and employee relations. The HR Admin acts as a key point of contact for HR-related queries and ensures compliance with relevant regulations and internal policies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and update employee records, databases, and HR documentation (contracts, policies, etc.).
  • Assist in the recruitment process, including posting job advertisements, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
  • Coordinate onboarding and offboarding processes, including new hire orientation and exit interviews.
  • Support the payroll process by collecting and verifying attendance, leave, and overtime records.
  • Track employee leave records (annual, medical, emergency, etc.) and ensure accuracy.
  • Prepare HR reports, such as headcount, turnover, and attendance reports.
  • Handle employee inquiries regarding HR policies, benefits, and procedures.
  • Assist with organizing employee engagement activities and training programs.
  • Maintain confidentiality and ensure secure handling of sensitive employee data.
  • Ensure HR processes comply with labor laws and company regulations.

Requirements:

  • Diploma or Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Chinese speaking is an advantage.
  • Proven work experience in an HR administrative role is an advantage.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook); experience with HR software is a plus.
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
  • Male or female.
  • Got own transportation to work.
  • Fresh graduate can also apply.

  • Knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices.
  • Proactive and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a service-oriented mindset.
