Job Description- Implement HR practices and strategies to ensure compliance of local labor laws, regulations and company policies
- Enhances the organization’s human resources by planning, implementing, and evaluating employee relations and human resources policies, programs and practices
- Responsible for the full spectrum of the HR / Payroll & Administration
- Manage talent acquisition process, which includes recruitment, interviewing, selection and hiring processes
- Maintain work structure by updating job requirements and job descriptions for all positions
- Ensures planning, monitoring, and appraisal of employee work results through coaching, hearing and resolving employee grievances, and counselling of employees
- Overseeing training & development including leadership training programs, personal and professional development, managerial training and team building
- Conducting new employee orientations and exit interviews
- Supervise all travel and hotel arrangements for staff and visitors, including visas and work permits as applicable
- Handle queries and prepare surveys from statutory boards
- In charge of full spectrum of office administration, maintenance and supplies
- Other specific duties as assigned
Education- Diploma or Degree in Human Resource Management / Business Administration or related field.
Experience Requirements- At least 5 years of working experience in a similar role.
- Good knowledge of Local Employment Act.
- Strong consultative, coaching, communication and influence skills.
Mobility/TravelComputer Skills- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point)
Language- Excellent spoken and written English and Bahasa Malaysia.
