SONGYUAN AUTOMOTIVE SAFETY SYSTEMS (MALAYSIA) SDN. BHD. is a manufacturer of automotive safety systems specializing in seatbelts, airbags, and steering wheels. Its headquarters is located in Zhejiang, China, where it was founded in 2001. Since then, it has become one of China's top manufacturers of automotive safety belts. The company is committed to advancing domestic automotive passive safety system brands, adhering to the business philosophy of "comfort, safety, reliability, and environmental protection," and providing automotive passive safety system solutions that meet global standards for automotive safety.

We are currently seeking a full-time HR & Admin Manager to join our team in Puchong, Selangor. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for enhancing the company's human resources by planning, implementing, and evaluating employee relations, policies, programs, and practices.

What you'll be doing

  • Developing and implementing HR strategies, policies, and procedures to support the company's business goals.
  • Managing employee relations, including handling grievances, disciplinary matters, and performance management.
  • Ensuring compliance with all relevant labour laws, regulations, and internal policies.
  • Designing and implementing employee training and development programs.
  • Administering employee benefits, compensation, and payroll.
  • Fostering a positive and inclusive work culture that promotes employee engagement and wellbeing.
  • Providing HR-related advice and guidance to managers and employees.
  • Generating HR reports and analytics to support strategic decision-making.
  • Handling visa arrangements, flights, and accommodation for foreign visitors and staff from China.
  • Coordinating with local government and related agencies.

What we're looking for
