Job description

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for full spectrum of Human Resource functions
  • Developing and administering human resources plans and procedures
  • Collaborate with H.O.D. to meet recruitment needs promptly.
  • Implement performance measurement for employee evaluations.
  • Ensure timely completion of performance evaluations, appraisals etc.
  • Coordinate and prepare training plans, oversee HRDF matters.
  • Manage payroll, welfare, and compensation, ensuring timely payments.
  • Review and update HR policies, Employees Handbooks.
  • Ensure compliance with legal requirements and Employment Act.
  • Handle employee relations, grievances, disciplinary issues and misconduct.
  • Liaise with Government and local authorities on employment matters.
  • Prepare HR-related letters: confirmation, termination, salary adjustments, etc.
  • Manage office administration including maintenance, licenses and equipment.
  • Develop preventive action and improvement plans for the department.

We're looking for someone with

  • 3+ years of working experience in Human Resource functions
  • Good knowledge of the Employment Act, HR practices
  • Proactive, self-motivated and capable of working under pressure.
