Oversee comprehensive human resource management, establish local management systems, and ensure alignment with headquarters' policies while complying with Malaysian labor laws.
Recruitment and organizational structure optimization: Develop and implement recruitment strategies based on the factory's development stage, assist in building high-performing teams, and optimize job design and staffing.
Administrative management and daily operational support: Coordinate office premises, procurement of office supplies, license management, safety and hygiene, and other daily administrative tasks to ensure smooth factory operations and regulatory compliance.
Employee relations and compliance management: Handle employee onboarding/offboarding, labor disputes, policy communication, and other matters to maintain effective employee communication mechanisms and stable employment relationships. Must be capable of liaising with labor authorities when necessary.
Assist the factory operations team in establishing standardized management processes: Work closely with production and management teams to promote institutionalized and standardized daily operations, enhancing organizational efficiency and cultural development.
Qualifications:
Minimum 5 years of experience in HR and administration, preferably in manufacturing or automotive parts industries, with familiarity in factory management processes and workflows.
Solid HR expertise, capable of independently managing full-cycle HR functions including recruitment, training, performance evaluation, and employee relations.
In-depth knowledge of Malaysian labor laws; prior experience in liaising with labor departments, handling employment disputes, or compliance audits is a plus.
Fluent in Mandarin, with proficiency as a working language.
