Job description

Job Responsibilities:

  • Oversee comprehensive human resource management, establish local management systems, and ensure alignment with headquarters' policies while complying with Malaysian labor laws.
  • Recruitment and organizational structure optimization: Develop and implement recruitment strategies based on the factory's development stage, assist in building high-performing teams, and optimize job design and staffing.
  • Administrative management and daily operational support: Coordinate office premises, procurement of office supplies, license management, safety and hygiene, and other daily administrative tasks to ensure smooth factory operations and regulatory compliance.
  • Employee relations and compliance management: Handle employee onboarding/offboarding, labor disputes, policy communication, and other matters to maintain effective employee communication mechanisms and stable employment relationships. Must be capable of liaising with labor authorities when necessary.
  • Assist the factory operations team in establishing standardized management processes: Work closely with production and management teams to promote institutionalized and standardized daily operations, enhancing organizational efficiency and cultural development.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in HR and administration, preferably in manufacturing or automotive parts industries, with familiarity in factory management processes and workflows.
  • Solid HR expertise, capable of independently managing full-cycle HR functions including recruitment, training, performance evaluation, and employee relations.
  • In-depth knowledge of Malaysian labor laws; prior experience in liaising with labor departments, handling employment disputes, or compliance audits is a plus.
  • Fluent in Mandarin, with proficiency as a working language.
