Job Description
- Finance & Accounts
- Support monthly reporting, budget & forecast preparations for timely reporting.
- Develop policies and guidelines to ensure compliance with internal control standards and seek continuous improvement.
- Manage Accounts Receivable, inventory credit limits, and reporting to head office, aiming to optimize net working capital.
- Stay updated on business developments to support sales/service departments and mitigate risks.
- HR & Admin
- Manage General Affairs, HR, Sales Admin, and IT functions, ensuring timely and accurate reporting.
- Ensure operations comply with policies, regulations, internal controls, and relevant laws.
- Handle HR duties such as recruitment, training, compliance, and employee relations.
- Facilitate smooth communication within the company and with the parent company and group.
- Support Board meetings and ensure timely regulatory filings.
- Assist in preparing meetings and presentations as needed.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Diploma or professional certification in Finance, Accounting, HR, Business Administration, or related fields.
- 6-8 years of relevant experience in Accounting, Finance, HR, or related areas.
- Minimum of 3 years supervisory experience.
- Strong understanding of office management, legal, and departmental policies.
- Knowledge of financial and facilities management principles.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word; SAP/Hana experience is a plus.
- Analytical mindset with problem-solving skills.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
- Leadership qualities and team-oriented attitude.
