What you'll be doing
  • Providing administrative support across various departments, including scheduling, document management, and data entry
  • Assisting with HR-related tasks such as employee onboarding, record-keeping, and benefits administration
  • Performing financial duties, including invoice processing, expense management, and basic bookkeeping
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth operations and efficient workflow
  • Maintaining office systems, ordering supplies, and addressing day-to-day administrative needs
  • Providing excellent customer service to both internal and external stakeholders
