HR & Admin Executive / Officer (Urgent Hiring)

About the Role

Jiemei (Malaysia) Sdn Bhd is seeking an experienced HR & Admin Executive / Officer to join our dynamic team in Seremban, Negeri Sembilan. In this full-time position, you will be responsible for managing a wide range of HR and administrative functions to support the growth and success of our organisation.

Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or above in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

We are seeking candidates proficient in Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.

Possess initiative, able to work independently and as part of a team.

Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

Minimum one (1) year relevant working experience.

Fresh Graduates are welcomed.

Responsibilities
  • Manpower Planning and Recruitment: Actively source candidates, arrange interviews, and assist in the selection process.
  • Conduct Induction Programs for new employees, updating orientation materials.
  • Conduct annual training needs analysis and propose annual training plans.
  • Track department training progress and manage the training budget effectively.
  • Verify system input for accuracy and completeness to ensure timely processing of payroll, incentive schemes, increments, and bonuses.
  • Prepare monthly payroll and verify salary discrepancies.
  • Update employee handbook as necessary.
Environmental, Safety & Security
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements under FMA, OSHA, and EQA.
  • Continuously improve safety, health, and environmental programs for a productive workplace.
General Affairs & Employee Welfare
  • Conduct annual reviews of medical services, cleaning, and security contracts.
  • Handle matters related to company hostel.
