Job summary

A leading company in the F&B industry is seeking an HR personnel responsible for payroll processing and employee management. Candidates with at least 1 year of HR experience, preferably in F&B, and relevant educational qualifications are encouraged to apply. Job description

Job Responsibility

  • Calculating employee pay, including wages, salaries, overtime and deductions etc.
  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date confidential employee information in payroll systems, including new hires, terminations, and changes in pay or benefits.
  • Addressing employee questions and resolving payroll-related issues or discrepancies.
  • Preparing and distributing HR reports to management
  • Generate monthly and ad-hoc reports as requested by senior management to support business analysis, compliance, and performance tracking across departments.
  • Providing administrative support and other ad hoc assignments as required.

Job Requirements

  • Minimum 1 year of HR experience. Preferably in the F&B industry
  • Diploma/Degree in Human Resource.
  • Fresh graduate with internship experience in HR are welcomed to apply
  • Experience using Quickpay (HR2000) is an advantage.
  • High level of discretion and integrity when handling sensitive information.
  • Familiarity with Payroll software, HR practices, policies, and employment legislation.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
  • Fluent in Malay, Mandarin & English.
