Job description

Job Responsibility

  • Assisting with day to day efficient operation of the Human Resources
  • Process payroll via using payroll system and ensure timely payroll completion
  • Maintain and update employees personal information in employee file and payroll system
  • Checking attendance, leave record and KPI Submission by employees
  • Prepare monthly payroll summary, payslip and EA Form
  • Responsible to generate and prepare timely submission of statutory contributions of EPF, SOCSO, EIS, HRDF and PCB
  • To assist in handling of foreign worker issues including work permit application, renewal, and termination
  • Organizing interviews section and selection events
  • Prepare Correspondence letter to employees
  • Tracking performance report and calculate commission
  • Administrative work or Ad Hoc task assigned by Superior

Job Requirements

  • Diploma / Degree in HR Management
  • Able to speak in English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin
  • At least 2 years related working experience in related field
  • Experience in monthly payroll processing
  • Computer literate in Microsoft office Application & Payroll System
  • Good communication and well organization
