Job Responsibility
- Assisting with day to day efficient operation of the Human Resources
- Process payroll via using payroll system and ensure timely payroll completion
- Maintain and update employees personal information in employee file and payroll system
- Checking attendance, leave record and KPI Submission by employees
- Prepare monthly payroll summary, payslip and EA Form
- Responsible to generate and prepare timely submission of statutory contributions of EPF, SOCSO, EIS, HRDF and PCB
- To assist in handling of foreign worker issues including work permit application, renewal, and termination
- Organizing interviews section and selection events
- Prepare Correspondence letter to employees
- Tracking performance report and calculate commission
- Administrative work or Ad Hoc task assigned by Superior
Job Requirements
- Diploma / Degree in HR Management
- Able to speak in English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin
- At least 2 years related working experience in related field
- Experience in monthly payroll processing
- Computer literate in Microsoft office Application & Payroll System
- Good communication and well organization
