- Assist with day-to-day operations of the HR & Admin functions and provide support to Headquarter.
- Monitor and update staff leave records, assist in collecting and checking monthly staff claims and SOCSO claims (if any).
- Deal with employee requests regarding human resources issues, rules, and regulations.
- Assist in payroll preparation by providing relevant data (absences, leaves, punch cards, etc.).
- Assist in the recruitment process such as coordinating communication with candidates and scheduling interviews.
- Assist newly hired employees on their first day of work and arrange staff orientation.
- Coordinate HR projects (meetings, training, surveys, etc.) and take minutes.
- Prepare Purchase Orders, liaise with suppliers for quotations and approval processes when needed.
- Act as the communicator between staff and the IT department for email creation and laptop/desktop requests.
- Assist in administrative tasks such as managing uniforms inventory, company vehicles, stationeries, office equipment, utilities, maintenance, toiletries & pantry snacks, and name card printing.
- Perform any other ad-hoc tasks as assigned by the superior or the company.

Qualifications/Requirements
- Candidate must possess at least SPM/'O' Level, Diploma in Business Studies/Administration/Management or equivalent.
- Able to speak Malay and English; Mandarin is an added advantage.
- Proven relevant job experience in HR & Admin is preferred.
- Computer literate with knowledge in Microsoft Office (Word and Excel).
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Able to work independently and a fast learner.
- Detailed-oriented with strong organizational skills.
- Honest, with a good attitude and responsible character.
