Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to the HR department ( filing, onboarding, document control,
meeting coordination ).
- Maintain accurate and confidential employee records and assist in scheduling training or meetings.
- Manage the CEO’s calendar, schedule meetings, and arrange travel plans.
- Assist with preparation of reports, presentations, and follow-ups on action items.
- Handle internal and external communications on behalf of the CEO where needed.
- Prioritize tasks efficiently and anticipate needs to ensure smooth operations.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years’ & above experience in a similar administrative role.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Able to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and solve problems proactively.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Excellent written and spoken English.
- High level of discretion and professionalism when dealing with confidential matters.
