Job description

Experience in hands-on Full SET Payroll, Commission Calculation, KWSP, LHDN, SOCSO, EIS, Levy.

Handle interview arrangements.

Handle staff inquiries and disciplinary issues.

Manage staff attendance, leave, claims, etc.

Handle outlet staff matters.

Coordinate with government departments, such as State Government Office, Labour Office, Immigration, JKKP.

Other tasks as assigned by the HR & Admin Manager.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years relevant working experience in Retail and Manufacturing Industry.
  • Good interpersonal skills.
  • Computer literate.
  • Own transport required, as the role involves travel.
  • Strong time management, attention to detail, and ability to multitask.
  • Responsible, positive attitude, able to work under pressure, patient.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Willing to work in Bandar Indahpura, Kulai.
