A leading company in the healthcare sector is seeking a Human Resources and Administration Executive to oversee payroll processing, staff inquiries, and compliance with regulatory bodies. Candidates should have at least 2 years of relevant experience in retail or manufacturing, possess strong interpersonal skills, and be able to work independently. This full-time role in Bandar Indahpura, Kulai, involves handling staff matters and coordinating with government offices, making own transport essential.
Experience in hands-on Full SET Payroll, Commission Calculation, KWSP, LHDN, SOCSO, EIS, Levy.
Handle interview arrangements.
Handle staff inquiries and disciplinary issues.
Manage staff attendance, leave, claims, etc.
Handle outlet staff matters.
Coordinate with government departments, such as State Government Office, Labour Office, Immigration, JKKP.
Other tasks as assigned by the HR & Admin Manager.
