To manage the full recruitment cycle and payroll processing, while also supporting general HR and administrative tasks to ensure smooth internal operations and compliance with employment regulations.
Responsibilities:
- Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
- Handle end-to-end recruitment: job posting, screening, interviewing, and executing hiring process.
- Coordinate with department heads to understand staffing needs and job requirements.
- Manage job postings on portals, career sites, and social media.
- Participate in career fairs, job expos, and campus recruitment drives.
- Arrange interviews and prepare offer letters, contracts, and onboarding documentation.
- Maintain and update the recruitment database and track hiring metrics.
- Payroll Administration
- Process monthly payroll including salary, allowances, deductions, overtime, and statutory contributions (e.g., EPF, SOCSO, EIS, tax).
- Ensure timely submission of payroll-related reports for approval and statutory bodies in compliance with the governed laws.
- Handle employee claims, benefits, in compliance with company policies and labor laws.
- HR Administration
- Maintain accurate attendance and leave records (e.g., annual leave, sick leave, emergency leave).
- Track probationary reviews, contract renewals, and performance appraisals.
- Support employee engagement activities and HR policy implementation.
- Perform any other ad-hoc tasks as delegated by the superior.
Requirements:
- Diploma or Degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration or equivalent.
- At least 3 years of experience in HR, with hands-on exposure to recruitment and payroll.
- Strong knowledge of local labor laws and payroll regulations.
- Familiar with HR systems and payroll software, ideally Boss Net payroll system.
- Good organizational and multitasking skills.
- Attention to detail and confidentiality.
- Good interpersonal and communication abilities.
