Key Responsibilities
HR Support
- Assist with onboarding logistics (e.g., access setup, welcome packs, HRIS entries)
- Support leave and claims processing by collecting and verifying documents
- Maintain up-to-date personnel files and HR records in Kakitangan
- Coordinate weekly site visits (if required) to client offices for HR/admin follow-up
- Support recruitment scheduling and candidate communication
Office & Vendor Administration
- Coordinate office supplies, pantry restocking, and courier arrangements
- Liaise with vendors for utilities, maintenance, and service delivery
- Track and renew licenses or subscriptions for internal tools and services
- Support physical office upkeep and small procurement tasks
Documentation & Filing
- Ensure timely and accurate filing of HR and admin documents
- Maintain leave approvals, claim forms, and official correspondences in shared folders
- Assist in preparing documentation for audits or statutory submissions
Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Human Resources, Business Admin, or a related field
- 2–3 years of experience in HR support or admin roles
- Experience with HRIS systems like Kakitangan is a plus

- Able to manage multiple tasks and priorities with minimal supervision

- Comfortable working across internal teams and external vendors
