Key Responsibilities
HR Support
  • Assist with onboarding logistics (e.g., access setup, welcome packs, HRIS entries)
  • Support leave and claims processing by collecting and verifying documents
  • Maintain up-to-date personnel files and HR records in Kakitangan
  • Coordinate weekly site visits (if required) to client offices for HR/admin follow-up
  • Support recruitment scheduling and candidate communication
Office & Vendor Administration
  • Coordinate office supplies, pantry restocking, and courier arrangements
  • Liaise with vendors for utilities, maintenance, and service delivery
  • Track and renew licenses or subscriptions for internal tools and services
  • Support physical office upkeep and small procurement tasks
Documentation & Filing
  • Ensure timely and accurate filing of HR and admin documents
  • Maintain leave approvals, claim forms, and official correspondences in shared folders
  • Assist in preparing documentation for audits or statutory submissions
Requirements
  • Diploma or Degree in Human Resources, Business Admin, or a related field
  • 2–3 years of experience in HR support or admin roles
  • Experience with HRIS systems like Kakitangan is a plus
