Hi! We’re looking for a hands-on HR & Admin Executive to help manage and strengthen our internal HR operations and administrative support

You’ll be working closely with our HR team and outsourced HR consultant, supporting the company’s fast-paced growth and people-first culture.

What You’ll Be Doing:

Handle full HR operations – payroll (SQL Payroll preferred), staff records, leave & claims

Support recruitment, onboarding & exit process

Coordinate performance reviews & training

Organize employee engagement activities

Manage basic office admin, contracts & documentation

Have 2–3 years+ experience in HR & admin

Can work independently and manage timelines

Are familiar with SQL Payroll (bonus!)

Are detail-oriented with good communication skills

Want to grow fast and take ownership of your work

Work closely with company leadership and our HR team

Hybrid work setup – 2 days office, 3 days WFH
