This role involves managing payroll, overseeing insurance policies, and handling various HR tasks. Manage payroll processing, ensuring timely submission of government statutory deductions.
Prepare and submit monthly payroll statistics.
Oversee company insurance policies, ensuring timely renewal.
Handle company vehicle road tax renewals.
Draft and issue appointment letters, confirmations, and other staff-related documents.
Maintain and update employee personal details in the system.
Perform HR management tasks as required.
Carry out any additional tasks assigned by superiors from time to time.
Job Requirements
Degree or Diploma in a relevant field.
Minimum 2 years of experience in payroll management.
Proficiency in iFlexi payroll system is highly preferred.
Strong attention to detail and patience in handling payroll processes.
